How long does onboarding take?
Most schools are set up in one sitting. We walk through your programs, workflows, and any configuration with you before you go live. You don't need an IT team.
Can we import our current student data?
Yes. Once your programs are set up in Completra, everything is configured from that — there's no manual column mapping required. If you have existing student records to bring over, you can import them by CSV.
Is there a contract?
No. Completra is month to month — cancel anytime. Cancel before your next payment date and you won't be charged for the following period. Annual billing is available and saves 2 months, but it's not required.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export your data at any time — before, during, or after cancellation. Students, applications, attendance records, payments — everything exports to CSV. Your data stays accessible for 90 days after cancellation so you have time to export everything you need.
Which state board and accreditor reports can I export?
Completra generates your monthly Master Student Registry in the format your state board requires, plus NACCAS annual report data. More export formats are added based on where our schools are licensed.
