Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Completra's websites, applications, and messaging services (the “Service”). By using the Service — including by submitting a form on a school's Completra-powered page — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Completra provides software that vocational and trade schools (“Schools”) use to manage inquiries, applications, enrollment, payments, scheduling, coursework, and communications with prospective and current students. Completra is the technology provider; the School you contact is responsible for its own admissions decisions, program content, tuition, and student records.

Submitting an interest form, application, or appointment request does not constitute an offer of admission or a guarantee of enrollment.

3. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for safeguarding access to any account or portal login issued to you. You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another school's or student's data, interfering with the platform's operation, uploading malicious content, or using the Service to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Consent.Text messages are sent only after you opt in by checking the consent box on a School's form and providing your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase.

Program description. Messages come from the School you contacted (messaging powered by Completra) and may include application and enrollment updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, class and attendance notices, billing and payment reminders, replies from staff, and information about programs you asked about. Some messages are sent using automated technology.

Frequency. Message frequency varies — up to approximately 10 messages per month.

Cost.Message and data rates may apply. Completra and the School do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's rates apply.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START or by submitting a new consent.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, contact the School directly, or email support@completra.com.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Email Communications

Submitting a form with your email address allows the School to reply about your inquiry. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

6. Payments

Application fees, registration fees, and tuition are set and collected by the School. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds, payment plans, and cancellation terms are governed by the School's own policies and enrollment agreement. School subscription fees payable to Completra are governed by the subscribing School's plan and billing terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Completra and its licensors own the Service, its software, and its branding. Schools own the content they publish and the student records they maintain. You retain ownership of the information you submit and grant the School and Completra permission to use it to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Completra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, admissions decisions, or program outcomes of any School.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. The version of these Terms in effect at the time you submitted a form is the version you accepted.
